Booking & Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is finalized, all sales are considered final.

Before delivery, customers can verify the auction sheet to check the vehicle’s history.

Customers can also retest the car before final delivery.

Since this is a reconditioned car and not brand new, minor faults are acceptable.

Only major issues that affect functionality may qualify for a booking cancellation.

If a major issue is found and verified before delivery, the booking may be canceled without penalty.

If a customer tries to cancel the order without a valid reason, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
